A Friend of the Chorus, who wishes to remain anonymous, has offered up a challenge to the members of the Germantown Chorus. For every dollar we raise in donations during the month of March, they will match the amount up to $2000.
Money for our organization is used for various purposes such as purchasing and renting music, salaries for our director and accompanist, and venue fees for rehearsals and concerts, among others. While we were unable to secure a grant from Arts Memphis for the 2012-2013 season, we are deeply grateful for this challenge presented to the Germantown Chorus by the anonymous donor. |
